I’m sure you’ve been toying with ideas for prospective stories, or maybe you’re interested in which title would fit your completed story. No need to fear – I’ve been through that before and I have so many ideas on so many things!
Getting the word out about new releases, giveaways, upcoming projects, blog tours, etc. is easiest when you collect an audience through newsletter sign-ups. I can design your newsletter sign-up form and even set up automatic mailings.
With all the time you’re spending on writing, you probably don’t have a lot of time to answer emails, or send out important emails. I can do that for you.
Did you know that there are so many different types of book websites that connect readers to authors? Such sites include: Goodreads, AllAuthor, Shelfari, LibraryThing – the list goes on and on. If you’re not a member of these sites, you could be missing out on attracting readers to your books. I can help you set up these accounts and manage their content. Just let me know which sites you’d like to belong to, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Would you like to see all of your book information in one location, including what you’ve finished and what you plan to working on? I can keep track of the books you’ve written, including their current review rating on wherever you’ve published. I can keep track of basically anything you need.
Do you have a question about a topic that you’d like answered? Maybe you’re researching something for a book you are writing. Perhaps you need a list of blogs that are themed around your genre. Or maybe you are interested in putting your book on a different platform – I can help you find the answers you are looking for.
This is the most obvious and important way authors get their work out there because reviews = reader interest. This can be very time-consuming because it requires that I individually contact reviewers on your behalf to try to persuade them to read your book(s). Or I can create a sign-up form and post it in various groups (on Facebook and Goodreads) to get the reviewers to come to you – this is less time-consuming and it’s likely that you will get more “yes’s” this way. I’ll also keep track of who committed to reviewing your book(s) & follow-up with them regarding their reviews.
If you have your book in audio format, I can submit your audiobook to Audiobook Boom to help increase your audiobook’s reviews. I’ll also look through responses & send your audiobook codes to committed reviewers. Once they’ve reviewed your audiobook, I’ll note it and respond to each reviewer thanking them for their review.
This price includes the cost of using audiobook boom service ($10.00). *There is no guarantee regarding the amount of responses received.
If you’re a new author, you probably haven’t built much of a following, so you haven’t had the time or ability to recruit readers to “test out” your stories. I’ve had plenty of experience with this and have read through many stories with the ultimate goal of giving the author my complete and honest feedback. Although this is a timely process, especially if it is done concisely, you won’t be disappointed with the feedback I provide you with. I like to refer to this as a “mini edit” because, as I am reading, I also pick up on obvious and not-so-obvious writing mistakes and fill your Word document with comments. If you are interested in this service, please fill out this form.
Cost: $65.00 (1-45,000 words), $100.00 (45,001-60,000 words), $160.00 (60,001-80,000 words), $200.00 (80,001-100,000 words)
If you have an upcoming release, or a new release, nothing will garner interest for your book quite like giving away free things. I can set up your contest with Rafflecopter, post your contest to various groups on Facebook and Goodreads, purchase your prize(s), and send them to the winner(s). We can even brainstorm what type of prize(s) you’d like to give away. This cost does not include the actual cost of the prize(s) that you are giving away and S&H associated with physical prizes. If you are giving away more than one physical prize, this price will increase slightly.
Eye-catching designs help to attract readers to your stories and I can help create them for you. Interested in seeing a quote from your book on a beautiful background? Or maybe you’re looking for a book cover to be designed? Perhaps you would like a new cover photo for your Facebook or Twitter accounts. I can design these things for you! See my portfolio for some examples of my work.
Cost: $20.00 per Quote/Marketing/Facebook/Twitter Cover Graphic, $80.00 per Book Cover ($5.00/revision)
Do you have a promotion coming up where you’re book will be discounted or free? I can submit your book to various book advertising websites, and depending on your preference, these can be promoted for free, or at a low cost. It varies from site-to-site, so once you have a budget in mind, we can discuss a plan and where we’re going to have your book promoted. This price does not include the price for ads.
Cost: $40.00+ depending on promotion budget
Are you unhappy with your current author website, or maybe you haven’t designed it? I can customize your website using WordPress and add different widgets to make it stand out more. Just give me an idea of what you’d like to see and I can help make your dream a reality! Price does not include fees for website hosting.
Cost: Starting at $100.00+ depending on size of project
Here are a few websites I’ve designed: Callan Primer / J.A. Cipriano / Johnny Asa
